Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@techmative.in with your order number, name, and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@techmative.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will provide you with a return shipping address, and once we receive your returned item, we will send you a replacement product.
If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at support@techmative.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping address, and once we receive your returned item, we will send you the new product.
Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
